June 12, 2025Previous comment got deleted and so be very awary of living here.. current tenant but this place is very slow in response to things. Talking with many other neighbors and tenants here others are also having issues living here 1) many tenants of complained of leaks in their ceilings due to poor construction of these town homes 2)we used to have trash cans in front of the house but now its been a hassle especially those older to transport their trash from house to the dumpster they provided 3) i ...have friends who really want to use the treadmills at the “fitness room” its been almost a year and they still have not repaired it yet. They said they are awaiting parts for it. Its been a year! Ask them how long its been since these equipment have been awaiting to be replaced/fitness 4) its already june and the pool is not even ready yet! 6) you were told in the beginning that we would have a lot of community events. We have not had one single event since the opening of this complex. Good and bad
January 15, 2025While Avery Square is generally a great place to live, there is one major issue that has been quite frustrating: the frequent entries by the property management team into our unit. In the less than a year we've lived here, management has come into our home twice, and we’ve been notified of a third entry scheduled for this month. We completely understand the need for regular maintenance, but these repeated visits have become an inconvenience and honestly feel like an invasion of our privacy. As ...tenants who haven’t raised any complaints or concerns, we don’t believe there is a justifiable reason for the frequency of these intrusions. Considering the amount of rent paid, we believe a higher level of respect for our privacy should be a given. Living somewhere that doesn’t seem to respect tenants' privacy is a huge dissatisfier. It’s important for residents to feel like they have the space to live comfortably, and I hope management takes this into consideration moving forward. More understanding and better communication from the management team would go a long way in making this a truly positive place to call home.Property Manager Responded
