Previous comment got deleted and so be very awary of living here.. current tenant but this place is very slow in response to things. Talking with many other neighbors and tenants here others are also having issues living here
1) many tenants of complained of leaks in their ceilings due to poor construction of these town homes
2)we used to have trash cans in front of the house but now its been a hassle especially those older to transport their trash from house to the dumpster they provided

have friends who really want to use the treadmills at the “fitness room” its been almost a year and they still have not repaired it yet. They said they are awaiting parts for it. Its been a year! Ask them how long its been since these equipment have been awaiting to be replaced/fitness
4) its already june and the pool is not even ready yet!
6) you were told in the beginning that we would have a lot of community events. We have not had one single event since the opening of this complex.
There are many other apartment complex areas that have now even opened up around the area that you should look at.
