At the time, the property was undergoing renovations, with exciting plans and new amenities in the works — all of which have been delivered. From the start, it’s been great. Poor business to deal with
December 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt has been 6 weeks and still NO refund of deposit and other charge (still unknown why they charged our credit card for this second charge). Have called numerous times and no return call or follow up from management. Amanda has tried to be helpful but this entire process with Avia has been a nightmare!!! We want our money back...should not be this difficult!!!

August 20, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI received an email on Friday that told me they need delayed occupancy and have no clear move-in date because the staff is not familiar with the policy and made some mistakes. If I cancel my lease, they are still going to charge me the application fee and send me the payment by check, which I don't know when I will get it! Now I have to find a place in a very tight time. The worst place!
