I regret moving in
October 9, 2023Do not move in to this complex. You are charged so many random fees prepare to pay $100-$200 more than your lease agreement. Everything is under construction and nothing is being finished. The entire time I’ve lived here the pool, gym, office, even the front gate has been under construction. There hasn’t been a front gate for almost the whole year and there’s dirt everywhere. They still price-gauge us when there are absolutely no amenities. My apartments falling apart and there’s a constant bug ...problem. When I talk to the office they say they’re renovating “for us” but I am not renewing my lease to be overcharged for a little apartment. COVID really made it ok for bad apartment complexes to charge ridiculous amounts. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Can’t use pool & it’s not a gated community
July 24, 2023The pool has been closed since I moved in March when I first moved they said they were remodeling & it would be done in April but it’s not end of July & most of the summer has went by & I haven’t been able to use the pool ! Then they took the gate off said they would replace it in the same week it’s now been two months I’m not understanding why I pay all of this money if I’m not in a gated community or can’t use the pool!Review from Apartments.com

April 9, 2019This place was great till about a year ago. There is zero security, the back gate is always wide open for anyone to drive in, I can’t even count how many cars were vandalized this year including ours. The pool is closed and nobody is cleaning it even tho it’s summer now and thanks to no security people have been having parties in the parking lot until 6am blasting music. The new girls at the fro t are so rude and don’t make any effort whatsoever. We’ll be moving ASAP.Property Manager Responded

Not all that great
January 16, 2019It’s not all good, management seems to come and go , not much is taken care of. My mom, dad and I have been here for about 7 years and it just seemed to deteriorate like a dead tree. It was great for a year but it no longer is.Property Manager Responded

I love living here
September 4, 2015I have lived at Ranchour Destino for a year now and I'very loved every moment. My apartmentor is huge with stainless steel, a huge tube, vaulted ceilings, big walk in closets, a fireplace, washer & dryer (in a separate room), and a branday new ac unit. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The maintenance man are the absolute best they come right away and even live on site. Never had any problems with the property being cleaned Oh and they just remodeled so everything is ...painted nice even the parking spaces. Can't Believe it!
August 12, 2015I was so disappointed looking at places in between my husband's job and my new job. This place is a gold mine. I can't wait to move in. The people in the office are friendly and responsive. Yes, even through email, as I am not always by the phone. It has everything we were looking for in a new home. The outside area isn't just a grill and a bench, it is an oasis. The room sizes are human appropriate. The kitchen appliances and laundry room are functional! August 1, 2015Nice one to three bedroom apartments. Some are upgraded with new stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. About a 17 year old property. Close to shopping. About 15 minutes to the Strip. Small pool, not open 24 hours. No hot tub. Small gym. Tanning bed. Kelly and Theresa are great leasing property managers. No assigned parking. You are allowed one covered spot. Garages are available. Two story. They allow dogs. Gated. Well kept property. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of storage and ...closet areas. Maintenance crew is great and on top of repairs. Upper units have fireplaces. Master bath is small. Plenty of outlets. Nice layouts. Add about $95-105 to your rent for Water, tax, sewer, trash, pest control, and service fee. Gas water heater, stove, and dryer. Heat is water pump. Power bill in the summer is average $150. Gas is $30. They require renters insurance. If your apartment is close to Durango or Rochelle you'll hear a lot of cars and trucks go by.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
