March 12, 2026Please don’t waste your time or money. The only thing that the owners or apartment managers care about is money. They will not fix things in a timely manner. They do not care about safety or the wellbeing of tenants. The property is run down. The apartments closer to the river are sinking. There are exposed wiring in some of the units from old security systems. They will make constant promises about updates that are coming and will never happen or will be less than promised.
