It's ok
March 30, 2017The best thing about Avilla is the maintenance! Those guys rock! Second best is the dwelling, very nice appliances and fixtures. Landscaping is nice. The least positive is the office staff , depending on who you talk to. They do not offer recycling here, which is a huge disappointment. Some girl in the office said it's because the garbage company complained that it's a hassle...yeah right. And last, now that Ina Road is closed for the next 2 years, it's kind of a ghost town around here, quite a ...few residents moving out. Just getting to the freeway, which is less than a half mile away, is a nightmare. But living here is OK, for now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
