September 28, 2022I have been trying to reach someone to talk about the rats that been coming into my apartment no response there no one picking up the phone there no one replying to your email they don't care about what going on in your apartment they more about getting your rent with only one maintenance guy for months now you can't get nothing fixing your apartment my stool went out on me a couple months ago I've been trying to gain contact with them no response I finally had to like hey I need a stove it been ...weeks now and i can't get ahold of no one and they give it to me but it was a dirty stole from a dirty apartment it's it's not worth itRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 23, 2021Impossible to get ahold of the new owner. 1pm on a Tuesday, no one in the office, no one answering the phone. You can't leave a message, nor does he have an email (smart of him bc that way nothing is in writing, probably why my downstairs toilet STILL isn't fixed). We've lived here for two miserable years and our neighbors are out of control. We've tried to work it out with them but to no avail, so we contacted the landlord whose only advice to us was to CALL THE POLICE ON THESE KIDS! I don't ...want these kids hurt, I just want them to stop throwing trash into my back patio and to respect quiet hours so I can get some sleep! What's worse is they destroy this complex daily, I watched them throw rotten food at the building just the other day, the landlord was made aware and has since done nothing- not even give me a call back. October 2, 2015I moved in here may of this year and have been asking for a new stove sense then and haven't gotten it yet. I've been asking them to fix my ac for the past 3 or 4 month and i had to get someone to fix it. The don't fix any thing around here ever but they want their rent on time every month. Everyone is moving for that reason and I'm looking to move for that reason and the fact that my apartment has been broken into.Review from Apartments.com
