The 9th Central neighborhood area is up and coming and a wonderful growing community to be a part of. There have been numerous new restaurants and businesses that have opened up in the two years we have been living here including Laziz Kitchen (best Lebanese food I have had anywhere in the U.S. hands-down), Fisher Brewery, Water Witch bar, and Meditrina. The apartment was pet-friendly when we moved in, but it looks like that policy may have changed. Would definitely stay here longer if work wasn't relocating us out of state!

(Side note, if someone else parks in your spot, you can't have them towed, and management does absolutely nothing--hope that doesn't matter to you!) I personally had to call 911 TWICE within the span of 2 months. Both times because of insane behavior by other residents of the building (check police reports on the SLCPD website to see for yourself). Whatever background check they claim to do is wildly ineffective. And, of course, moving out has been an absolute nightmare. My emails aren't returned, my phone calls rarely answered. They will give me information over the phone, but won't provide anything in writing. I was told that I would be notified when they found someone else to rent my unit. Surprise! I was not. Luckily I called before paying all of May rent. I honestly can't tell if it's incompetence or willful bad business. I believe the same company owns a couple of other apartment complexes in the Salt Lake area, so I would urge you to do your research and not get involved with this shady company unless you are an attorney or have one on retainer. And to you property owner: Yes, please unconvincingly tell me that you value my feedback. I tried numerous times to resolve these issues with your staff before posting this review. If you truly cared, it would have been evident at that time.
