June 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comSome of the common areas have been a bit unkept. The elevators could use a deep cleaning and maybe just a fresh coat of paint. The trash room on our floor’s trash compactor door is always left wide open with the room’s door open. The hall smells because of this. Also the trash compactors door is covered in layers of filth. We have sent an email blast to all our tenants informing them to close the trash chute door, as well as the trash room door -- after they dispose of their trash. We continue to walk the building at different times of the day to ensure the trash room door is closed and that there is no lingering smell. In reference to the trash compactor room, that is not to be accessed or entered by any tenants as staff are the only authorized individuals to access the room. One of the big pluses is the location -- it’s close to the airport, which is super convenient if you travel often for work. I was having trouble with some movers from a moving company that I hired while moving from Memphis who were giving me a hard time about moving my couch up to my apartment. Leo and James (the maintenance guy) tried to help me move it, but then Leo suggested hiring local movers (who were fantastic - Roy's Moving) and they finished moving me in. Run by a merciless office manager
November 4, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThis property is stunning, UNFORTUNATELY the office manager Kelyn is extremely unprofessional. I was in an unfortunate roommate situation and during the dissolution of our lease i found out she had been lying to me about the actual circumstances. I have multiple emails with her stating that there were no payments made by my roommates and the eviction process would be starting soon so she needed me to sign a roommate release form. Come to find out, this was an entire charade made up between my two ...former roommates and her. Thankfully i trusted my gut and did NOT sign anything until my belongings were moved out of the unit. If i had signed that release, i would have legally had no right to that apartment, and my spiteful ex roommates would have not only succeeded in leaving me with no where to live, but also confiscating all my belongings, literally leaving me with nothing. Email after email i was assured that i was to come in and “help me not get any penalties or eviction on my credit”. An office manager literally wrote untruthful emails to me almost costing me everything. Please be aware that if you rent in this building it is run by an extremely unprofessional office manager that may or may not be telling you actual truth, and has no compassion towards knowing someone might be left without anything- because money talks of course.
