August 12, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Axis Apartments. One of the big pluses is the location -- it’s close to the airport, which is super convenient if you travel often for work. There is a bit of airplane noise outside the windows, but inside the apartment it’s surprisingly quiet; you can’t hear anyone walking or talking in the halls. The amenities are always kept clean, which I appreciate. They’re not the most modern, but they’re well-maintained and functional, which matters more to me. July 11, 2025Leo in the front office has been AMAZING by ensuring a smooth move-in process. I was having trouble with some movers from a moving company that I hired while moving from Memphis who were giving me a hard time about moving my couch up to my apartment. Leo and James (the maintenance guy) tried to help me move it, but then Leo suggested hiring local movers (who were fantastic - Roy's Moving) and they finished moving me in. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is and Damian was also very ...helpful in helping me find the right apartment for me at Axis! Apartments are super nice and well-kept. Run by a merciless office manager
November 4, 2019This property is stunning, UNFORTUNATELY the office manager Kelyn is extremely unprofessional. I was in an unfortunate roommate situation and during the dissolution of our lease i found out she had been lying to me about the actual circumstances. I have multiple emails with her stating that there were no payments made by my roommates and the eviction process would be starting soon so she needed me to sign a roommate release form. Come to find out, this was an entire charade made up between my two ...former roommates and her. Thankfully i trusted my gut and did NOT sign anything until my belongings were moved out of the unit. If i had signed that release, i would have legally had no right to that apartment, and my spiteful ex roommates would have not only succeeded in leaving me with no where to live, but also confiscating all my belongings, literally leaving me with nothing. Email after email i was assured that i was to come in and “help me not get any penalties or eviction on my credit”. An office manager literally wrote untruthful emails to me almost costing me everything. Please be aware that if you rent in this building it is run by an extremely unprofessional office manager that may or may not be telling you actual truth, and has no compassion towards knowing someone might be left without anything- because money talks of course. It’s too bad because this building is very clean, amazing Maintence service and beautiful views. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Don’t let the fancy common Space fool you
August 29, 2018First, the property manager is the rudest woman I’ve ever met in my entire life. She should really be fired. Also the way she speaks to residents and the other team members is appalling. Trash rooms are always disgusting the city has been out several times. Maintenance is a joke the grounds are always filled with poop from dogs the lady who cleans the comman Space is great. The management stinks and the rents is so over priced. Looking to move when my lease is up. I was one of the original tenants, but I'm leaving at the end of my lease
August 28, 2016After 7 years of living here, I'm leaving at the end of the lease. Since Greystar took over the building, management and the quality of life have gone to pot. Specifically: Greystar changed security companies, and the new company doesn't respond to calls, nor do they routinely patrol the area or our building. This is Chelsea after all, we have rude tenants who have no respect for others, and the Chelsea Police are tired of getting complaint calls Trash rooms filthy People partying loudly in ...the courtyard and nothing gets done Landscaping has deteriorated Cleaning has been cut back to one person Notifications of package deliveries have stopped Concierge and office services are a joke.
