DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here previously and had a much better experience, but this time has been awful. The construction is terrible. I hear footsteps and neighbors at all hours, and my unit ACTUALLY SHAKES when people walk upstairs. I lost weeks of sleep and was offered only a measly credit. My previous unit had a roof leak they apparently still cannot fix and is now used as a model unit, which makes me seriously question the overall construction quality. may have to move again. I offered to stay if they moved me to a top-floor unit, but they offered no rent discount or help with moving costs. There is no assigned parking and only ONE handicap space. My food was repeatedly stolen, management offered no real help, and I had to create my own solution by having deliveries left at the front desk, meaning I now haul heavy bags upstairs despite back pain. Ridiculous guest rules, poor security, poor construction, and no meaningful solutions.
