The only reason I left was to purchase my own property. Now that I have a new job in Downtown LA, I came straight back and I could not be happier. The location is a hidden gem: quiet and peaceful yet walkable to great restaurants, coffee, and entertainment. The amenities are top notch and the building is always impeccably maintained. Then ...there is Dennis. Six years ago when I first lived here he was at the front desk, and it was such a wonderful surprise to come back and find him still here, now as a leasing agent. It feels like reconnecting with an old friend. He is warm, incredibly helpful, and goes above and beyond every single time. He makes you feel like family, not just a resident. January 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhen we moved in everything looked great on the outside, turned out there were many things wrong. The oven was so dirty that when we turned it on it started smoking to the point the smoke detector went on for about 10 min. Had to deep clean it in for the smoking to stop when turning it on. The toilet had issues, the door handle was coming off and the closet doors were scratching each other up when closing. I'd say the 4 stars is for the fantastic maintenance guys who came right away to fix these ...issues.
