January 22, 2026When we moved in everything looked great on the outside, turned out there were many things wrong. The oven was so dirty that when we turned it on it started smoking to the point the smoke detector went on for about 10 min. Had to deep clean it in for the smoking to stop when turning it on. The toilet had issues, the door handle was coming off and the closet doors were scratching each other up when closing. I'd say the 4 stars is for the fantastic maintenance guys who came right away to fix these ...issues. November 25, 2025We love our new apartment but I found a sunflower seed in the toilet, the blinds are a little inconvenient to operate, there was mold in the washer, and the drawers can’t open without the closet door colliding.
