August 4, 2025I am enjoying living at Elan Research Park. It was the best decision from all the other properties we toured. The grounds are well manicured, the property is peaceful and modern, and the staff is wonderful! After move-in and inspecting all the appliances, I noticed an issue with the garage disposal. It was easy to put in a maintenance request through the resident portal. I noted that I would like a phone call before the maintenance staff entered my apartment. They responded to my request promptly ...and called before entering. They were professional, courteous, and handled the issue efficiently. May 28, 2025I would not recommend this complex due to the noisy neighbors, malfunctioning gate system and overall quality of the apartment units for the price.
