The maintenance issues themselves have been bad enough: ongoing buzzing and mechanical noises severe enough to interfere with sleep, problems with the A/C, refrigerator issues, and what sounds like mechanical equipment above the unit. Multiple requests have been made and the problems have still not been properly resolved.
What has made the experience significantly worse is dealing with the front office, particularly Elizabeth.

someone in property management that you cannot sleep because of an unresolved mechanical problem in your own apartment and being met with what feels like indifference instead of urgency, ownership, or even basic concern.
Elizabeth has had multiple opportunities to make this experience better. Instead, I have been left with the overwhelming impression that once a complaint becomes inconvenient or requires actual follow-through, getting meaningful help becomes nearly impossible.
That is the part prospective residents should understand. A nice leasing office means very little if the attitude changes when you actually need something fixed.
I should not have to repeatedly contact management, submit service requests, explain the same problem over and over, and practically beg someone to take seriously the fact that persistent mechanical noise is preventing sleep. At some point, failure to resolve a problem stops feeling like an oversight and starts feeling like nobody responsible for the property particularly cares whether the resident can comfortably live there.
I genuinely cannot remember another apartment experience where I felt this ignored.
If management reads this, I would strongly encourage whoever supervises Elizabeth to review the service-request history and the way this situation has been handled from beginning to end. Residents should not have to become a nuisance to the leasing office just to receive the basic level of attention they are paying for.
And to anyone considering moving here: ask what happens after you sign the lease, when something goes wrong and you actually need the office to advocate for you.
That answer matters considerably more than the sales pitch.
