Not sure how this has a great review
July 29, 2024I have lived here since 2014 and have watched this place fall apart in the last few years. I switched to another apartment in 2017 and had leaks that left my floors coming up and the walls falling apart. This issue along with others have been reported to the management companies with each turnover. Yes I resigned a lease each time (stupid me) as I was told "I am not like the last person we will take care of this" then crickets. They talk a great talk but there is ZERO follow through and each ...time want to blame it on someone else. I even have an email as to when they were supposed to fix it but never did. Now let's talk about the trash/garbage bags left in the stairwells (that supposedly is walked each day by maintenance) that sits for days with dirty diapers at times. If you love roaches and other bugs this is your place, dead and alive they are plentiful. And also left for weeks before cleaned up. Also, if you like the ode de parfum of weed you can get that too here. Car break ins are also a common place with glass on the parking deck and garbage there too. Now will say my issues is with the management company not the support staff. Always friendly and probably one of the reasons I have stayed after this many years like moving out on family. I am truly sad it came to this, but I don't have any hopes of it getting any better with all the empty promises and attitudes even with this new management company that has done nothing in the year + they have been here. Would Not Recommend!
May 21, 2024This place is a dump. The new/current management is the worst. The surrounding community - Ayrsley - is lovely and walkable. It's just the apartment complex and the staff that make living here unbearable and not desirable which is a shame. The staff is nice nasty and take no accountability. The apartment is dated and needs repairs. Maintenance will fix immediate issues, but subsequent work takes weeks to resolve. Huge roaches even after pest control services, pet waste stations overflowing, lost ...packages, lost rental payments, the list goes on and on. Car break ins
April 2, 2024My car was broken into this morning. Was parked at the top of of the parking garage, right next to the security vehicle. Apparently, multiple break ins in the past few month. Other than that, nice property.Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2022Maintenance team is amazing, Hana always has a smile but ownership and upper management either refuse to fix things at all or spend more money nickle and diming issues (instead of fixing correctly the first time) and leaves a lot to be desired at the complex. October 21, 2022I’ve lived in Ayrsley for over 5 years and although there’s been changes, the staff in the property office have always been very courteous and professional. Anytime I’ve put in maintenance requests they were right on it and got in done expediently and well. Prior to Covid The Ayrsley management used to have public events every month, so it was a joy having that…We also used to have a perk card that gave us discounts many venders don’t honor it any more I hope they bring all that back again it ...made living here more beneficial. May 23, 2022So far I really enjoy living here at Ayrsley Lofts. I had initial hesitation about the unit size, but for 1 person it’s perfect for me. The area is quiet, I rarely see or hear my neighbors. Parking is never an issue. And I like the parking set up into which I don’t feel like I live around a lot of people. I love being in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee. The office staff and maintenance also seem be very thorough, helpful, and patient.Review from Apartments.com
