Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate establishment. I have arrived to this establishment Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at approximately 1:20 pm which is only the day that they give out applications to the public. From 1:00 pm to 3pm I have traveled from out of town pacifically on this day and time and receive no service I was told from the maintenance woman that the young lady had a late lunch and will be back shortly. I stayed at this establishment until 2:55 pm and I sat in my car for ...

additional 15 minutes no one came, there was no applications outside in the application bucket. I also called and left a message. and still got no response. And keep in mind I traveled from out of town!!!!!!!! I also want to give a special thanks the tenant that allowed us access to the lobby where it was cool and comfortable while we wait for the young lady to get back from her break that never returned back from her lunch break!!!
