Roast infested property even after 2022 renovations. "11-million-dollar investment in property" is crazy being that there is nothing to show for it other than painting of the walls. The toilet flow is ridiculous. Every other day there is plumbing issues in every unit. The AC is on the frits. There are trying to paint this image "Azure estates transforms Stonybrooks" when truthfully all is the same except a few renovations. The property is still swarming of roaches and rats run free in the field ...

behind the property, climbing through sewage pipes and so on. Just a product of the government's rushed attempt to "cleaning up" Stonybrooks to shut up the public. Nothing has changed, I wouldn't live here if I were you, but by all means make an appointment for a tour :).

This is a roach infested place and not a great place to raise your kids.. there is also a lot of violence out there... and the rules out there are conspicuous.. I'm glad I'm gone and will never return. and when they're reading through the descriptions they are lying about the stainless steel appliances and also the dishwasher and there's only one walk in closet in the master bedroom in A 3 bedroom. also the walls are half painted their not completed they're old appliances they're not brand new. ...
