The Most Incompetent Staff
November 3, 2025I’ve lived here for 3 years because of the price, but it is absolutely not worth the trouble that staff put you through. You can speak to multiple members of staff about the same issue and never get the same answer. I was recently charged several months worth of fees all at once because someone forgot to add these fees to my account over the course of several months. There is no communication when rent changes. Stay Away!!!
June 3, 2024I left the apartment in 02/2024 and it's now 06/2024 I have still not received my security deposit. Everytime I go to the office their managers keep telling me lies upon lies. Am definitely going to file a legal suit against them but I thought somebody should know. If you want to go through the stress I have been throught just to get my security deposit back from these people then you can go ahead and rent here. But if you really care about your time and your money, then please stay away from ...this apartment. Ofcos, they will make your move in easy but what about your move out?The incompetence of this management is beyond my understanding. While I lived there almost every other month they tried to put extra charge on my account which I had to keep going to the office for correction. It's a terrible experience there!!! Stay away! June 27, 2022I’ve been here for going on a year and haven’t experienced any problems except for the smoke detector going off for no reason but they immediately came and fixed it they’ve done a lot of renovating including the parking lots and that was very much so needed but for the best part it’s nice here pretty quiet community and people here are friendly therefore I’d highly recommend considering Kensington Manor?Review from Apartments.com
The property isn't worth it.
March 11, 2022The neighbors are really loud and are always bumping. I had a problem with my A/C and I continuously put in Maintenace request to come fix it but they wouldn't come out it took them exactly 4 months before I had any A/C in my apartment. The outside is not well kept up or cleaned, The laundry is always dirty or something is out of order. Clothes are always left in the dryers and washers. There's always dog poop on the ground and in the grass so it lease the outside smelling horrible.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the mental hassel
December 4, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE. Zero stars. Getting hold of anyone in the office is imposible when applying for the apartment and even more so once moved in. It is impossible to get anyone to come to your apartment to fix anything. I've emailed and called maitenence since i've moved in, 5 months, to fix an issue and am still waiting. They've only actually showed up once, didn't fix it, and continue to close the request without showing up. I've had noise issues as well the whole time, and management says ...they'll talk to people and get problems sorted but they do not. They also advertise a fitness center when there is none and no clear plans to create one. There is absolutely no insulation between my ceiling and the above people's floor and the windows are single panned and not sealed what so ever, so I get second hand weed in my apartment. September 21, 2021Very nice apartments overall. Strict security. Pretty quiet for the most part. Down side: there’s always an outage in the area and the water gets turned off A LOT! I wouldn’t recommend
July 25, 2021I have stayed here for a little over 7 months and the power went out at least 5 times. They always have to turn the water off to fix something. The maintenance people are HORRIBLE. I put in an order to fix my smoke detectors around January because they will randomly go off and now it’s July almost August and it’s still not fixed. The first night the power went out I called the maintenance line and they told me they would send someone but they didn’t come until the next day around 12. I complained ...that people park right in front of your car and won’t move which made me late for work twice and they did nothing about it. People still do it. On the plus side everyone is very nice.
