There are leaks everywhere. There is mold everywhere. Ceiling falling. Nasty units aren’t cleaned prior to move in. Black pellets in water. No follow up. No follow through. Poor management with terrible attitude. Messy lease with wrong calculations and hidden fees. Poor maintenance with lazy rigged work. And who is entering apartments during the day without permission from residents?

Well ive been living in my apt for almost a year. The manager is a very welcoming person. I havent had any serious issues living there. My only issue is the maintenance crew does not fix anything when they say they will. I pay my rent but i gave yet to have my roof fixed in my dinning room leaks really bc ad when it rains and we've had lots of rain for a couple days. I do have a small child in the hous. Management is aware of leaking roof ive showed her home videos of the leaking my family and i ...
could really benefit from the help i could save my money while searching for a better living environment for my daughter and myself. Thank you.
