Very Nice Community
September 9, 2025I've been living here for almost a year now, and I haven't encountered any major issues, aside from my car being broken into. Thankfully, the complex acted quickly by calling the police, who were able to apprehend the kid responsible for the break-in. There are two people in the office: a lovely man named Remle, who handles the initial setup for your stay, and a delightful lady who assists with anything more complex. We do have a small scorpion issue, but that's fairly typical for summer in ...Vegas. Overall, this community provides opportunities to decorate the balconies, allowing for an enjoyable living experience!Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
December 3, 2020Been here for 2 years now. It is so hard finding a decent apartment and I have never been happier. This plays feels like home, I have good neighbors. Beautiful trees and birds all around me. I was sold as soon as I came in and saw sky lights, high ceiling, and a fireplace. I have never seen apartments like these so yes they are pricey but it is worth the cost! I am not aware or have had any issues with scorpions, although I do live on the second floor so maybe that helps. Management is awesome, I ...am always communicating with Manager Angie over the phone or through email if I have any issues. She and her staff are wonderful and have made this a pleasant stay. I love that they send emails letting us know of any construction or water shut offs. I hope you will give this place a try!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
