February 14, 2022I am a current resident. I have never had any issues till this weekend when my SUV got towed. Parking has always been an issue since I moved in Since 2019. I had to move to a two bedroom and parking has gotten worse. I was told by office staff it was ok to park in the fire lanes. Which I have been for months. All of a sudden my SUV gets towed and they had nothing to do with it. Yet it’s their towing company they use. Manager refuses to speak to me about the situation and I have called multiple ...times and get the run around. And keep getting told to park in open spaces which are not available! My point is office staff will tell you one thing and when something happens they think an “I’m sorry” is gonna reimburse your money when it was THEiR fault for misleading information!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Look elsewhere
July 19, 2020I’ve only been here going on 3 months and it’s been the worst experience ever. The whole first month we dealt with roaches on top of roaches on top of spiders all in the kitchen and restrooms. 2nd month we had brown dirty water overflowing out of our kitchen sink and made it smell disgusting and then our 3rd month we had a leak from our water heater that went into our restroom and into our closet. Maintenance is horrible and all the manager does is say sorry and sorry. If I could break my lease ...now I would. I can only imagine what’s to come.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2020I used to live in Oak Cliff before it was what it is now so I was shocked when I tried moving back and I realized the prices went up so high for a decent place. I looked around for a while and then I visited these apartments and to my surprise they were not only nice from the outside and inside which you don’t find a lot of and they were reasonably priced! They made the application process to simple and got back to me in less than a day and i moved in the next. I just renewed my lease 2 months ...ago but before I did I looked around just too see what was out there and after visiting a few other properties I knew I needed to stay at my apartments because none of the ones I saw came close to these. Great pricing
February 19, 2018I'm going on my 3rd year now and I'm pretty pleased. These apartments are comfortable and spacious and reasonably priced. Before I moved here I visited a few other places that were either way over priced for what they were offering or really old and crammed for a cheap rental amount. I chose to be lease at Bahama because they are at a really convenient location and are kept up well. The only thing I will mention is that I wish the appliances were more updated. My stove was changed out after it ...went out with a new one but before then it was a much older model and my stove now is a bit older too. Awesome Area
February 16, 2018The neighborhood is growing rapidly, adding to the appeal of these apartments. Been here for 6 months and haven’t had a single issue. The girls in the office are always in a good mood when I walk in to the office to drop off rent. It’s down the street from the bishop art district and a 10 minute drive from downtown Dallas. Rent is very reasonable considering the area and the cost of other apartments around there.Property Manager Responded
