BEST LUXURY APARTMENTS IN CHARLOTTE/CONCORD!!
October 20, 2025I moved in approximately two weeks ago, and Perla, Mckenna, and the entire staff have been exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. The area is pleasant and quiet, located about 15 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Concord/Kannapolis. The complex is very safe, and the apartment and amenities are, of course, fantastic. So far, I have absolutely no regrets about moving here. My ONLY wish is that carpeting was included in the bedrooms for the first-floor units. (Not ...too late to add it, ownership!
