Miss Cindy and Nick are amazing they have helped me with the move-in process understanding everything and they even took the time to go over the lease with me. Any question that I've had they've always been super friendly about it. October 25, 2023I've been a resident since 2020 after Sally destroyed my house and I am thankful we were able to get right in and stay in the same area Management and ownership have changed hands for the better and I've enjoyed living around some great neighbors, seeing the property blossom with the beautification that's been done and maintained Our experience with staff communication has always been very responsive and maintenance issues are always handled efficiently the first time Each month the property has ...events for the residents and food is always in the mix!!! I love the food trucks that come on Fridays and the cook-offs amongst the residents at holiday time Each month we get notifications,at our door, of events set up by the office staff to bring residents together for food, fun and often times live music so don't hesitate checking us out it's a great place to live and the convenience to grocery, pharmacy, post office and of course great food is all within a 2 mile radius!! This is an amazing apartment complex
October 19, 2023Any time I have any issues at all I get a really fast response. The grounds are taken care of every week, and pest control happens every other month, which is great for Florida. The valet trash is also amazing, many apartments don’t do something like that so it’s a great addition, the amenities are also fabulous, the pool is definitely five stars and the gym has everything in it. -Abigail FineranProperty Manager Responded
