They had 3 property management changes over the course of a year. There is also a roach infestation and they hire an incompetent pest service that basically sprays some chemical at your front and back door and thinks that solved the problem. The "renovated" apartments have very cheap finishes and craftsmanship. I'd hate to see what the non-renovated apartments look like. at one point there was a tent city of homeless people by the trash receptacle. Speaking of the trash receptacle there was only ...

Para empezar veran en esta pagina que dice que el agua, basura y alcantarillado estan incluidos... bueno, eso es mentira. Segundo si pones un "service request" se demoran meses en atenderte porque el de mantenimiento solo pasa dando vueltas en su carro y no trabaja, y cuando vienen a reparar lo que necesitas, lo hacen mal. A parte, no honran el contrato de arredamiento. Cuando quieren modifican lo que les conviene y solo te manda una notificacion breve al apartamento, sin casi darte tiempo. Ese ...

fue el caso con el agua... al principio pagabamos $50 fijo y luego nos enviaron a todos los inquilinos un bill, ahora a mas de $90 el agua y ni siquiera tenemos medidores de agua es a base de las personas que tengas viviendo en el apartamento. Tengan cuidado!

I have been a tenant for the past 7 months,and my stay has been a very enjoyable one.The neighbors are peaceable and mindful of their own business.The environment is child friendly and normally very calm. I would highly suggest Balfour Marietta Apartments to many others.The Management is timely conscious of repairs and concerns and the biggest perk is that you are located in a very lively and pulsing location,next to ,and not far from many stores as well as schools..Thank You.
