Close to schools, colleges, universities, recreation areas and hiking trails. Apartment is very clean and everything is in excellent working condition. If you are interested, please request a fill out both pages of Application Lease for Rent Or Lease for each adult completely. Sign it and submit with a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 for each adult. This APPLICATION FEE will cover the costs of your Credit and Eviction Reports. This building is heavily neglected, there’s a bee’s nest in the building. Everything is outdated not up to code. Landlord finds ways to shortcut out of paying for anything to make the complex nice or remotely habitable Living. Unless you take matters in your own hands. I wish someone would come inspect this place and evaluate how the landlord is. She’s hostile and struggles to have any social ability to speak to someone without blowing up. This is greediness to say the least. As mentioned above ...
DO NOT rent here. There are far better places for a bit more. You will be unhappy living here. If you don’t care about your well-being or even safety. Do not rent here. She will threaten you if for some reason you give her a hard time for not doing something she claims. There’s been a bee’s nest inside the building for sometime. Keep that in mind.
