BEWARE!!!!!!!!
July 17, 2021I will make this clear Ms. Charlene (Property Manager) And Ms. Patricia(Assistant property Manager) are the best and I appreciate the kindness and passion y'all have. To Southwest Properties shame on you on the upkeep of these properties. I have been here almost 8 months and have my my rent faithfully and the stairwells needs to be pressure washed badly. They look like they have not been pressured washed in 18 years. The dumpster is totally out of control with stuff being dumped by people that do ...not even live here. I have seen sofas, beds, and mattress dumped every week. It has been and on going issue and now tenants see this and they are not even walking there trash to the dumpster. All of this can be controlled! I have seen racoons, rats, etc taking control of the property. I understand Southwest Properties don't care because the this is not the first complaint. They will read this and leave an automated response!!! SMH I have pictures so I'm not making none of this stuff up. IF you're a person trying to lease here please do your research first!!! This property use to be clean, nice, and presentable. Now it looks like MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Ridiculous Pet Fee!
February 23, 2019$500 pet fee!!! Ya'll crazy! Please come back down to reality... I'm sure thats how you keep prospective renters with pets from wanting to rent one of your apartments... I guess it is smart if you really don't want to rent to pet owners.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2015management at this property sucks they never come out and fix anything but they expect you to pay them and fulfill all of your lease and its way to expensive for the service you are being provided with. It's decent on the out and spacious on the inside.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2015WOW! The apartments has tremendously large walk-in space inside of each bedroom closet. The floor plans are suitable for roommates because bedrooms are separated from each other. Cable is included inside my rent. Now, that's fantastic!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
