Big studio, that has a lot more space then most studios. Big kitchen area, (enough for a table and 2 chairs!).It also has a back door that leads to a shared backyard. Lots of cupboard room. There's a ceiling fan in the kitchen which helps when your cooking. There is two closets. One is a walk in!. Bathroom is about average size for studio. You only have street parking, but it's not that bad. But you could pay a little more and rent a carport with storage. You have two big windows! Lots of light ...

in the day, so no need to waste electricity. Maintenance is here twice a week, so any problems they take care of it fast. The landscaping is pretty and well maintained. Biggest studio in the area!
