Maintenance takes weeks to respond
January 23, 2025Would not recommend Vesta Realty. I've watched communal issues, like the pool or gates, go unresolved for months. When I have contacted maintenance for personal issues in my apartment, it takes weeks for the issue to get fixed. My faucet had an issue and was leaking, and my downstairs neighbor complained of dripping from her ceiling. This issue took several weeks to get resolved. I would call the office, they would say they would send someone out, and then no one would come out that day. Several ...months later, I had an issue with my dryer and again it took over 3 weeks for them to get out and fix it.Property Manager Responded

needs higher up involvement
August 20, 2023This place regularly has issues with the AC units not working or just not working enough as well as saying there is a window unit in the apartment but when you go there there isn’t one. The only reason I gave this even 2 stars is because the new maintenance supervisor actually cares and wants to get things fixed and has voiced his frustrations to me personally. I hope this place cleans up because from a business stand point it could be a good one of a kind apartment complex in TulsaProperty Manager Responded

Used to be good apartment complex
June 9, 2021This used to be a good apartment complex but they are under new management, which seems to be a joke. My dishwasher has been broken for 13 days and they won't fix it! I call the office and nobody answers, and if i ever fo get a hold of them they are very rude. They have so many excuses, it is unbearable! It might be mostly a maintenance issue but they need to get a grasp on the situation.Review from Apartments.com
The Worst Place I ever lived
October 23, 2018The one month that I lived at Barcelona Apartments was the absolute worst decision of my life. I was hoodwinked by Clayton into accepting an apartment that turned out to be infested with bugs, and I was put across from a tenant who kicked and punched his door in. The tenant would slam his door so loudly whenever he entered and left the apartment that it reverberated throughout my apartment, and then he would shout nonsense. Since I feared my safety and could no longer tolerate the bugs and ...loud door slams, I left and was charged an outrageous termination fee by Diane and her company, Case & Associates. Do not ever deal with Case or Barcelona Apartments-it is not safe, it is not clean, and it was the most incompetent and unprofessional management that I have ever dealt with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Totally ready for a make over!!
September 23, 2015Pretty from the outside, lousy maintenance scheduling, they used paint for inside walls that no one likes, pinkish! But on the good side close to restaurants, and needed requirements. Nice pool but need a stronger wifi, remember they don't allow satellite dishes!!Review from Apartments.com
