Many floor plans to choose from with several multi level loft units featuring 18' ceilings, downtown view and many custom finish out details. All units feature a custom designed pegboard furniture system that provides many different storage options and layouts. Each tenant can move the storage pieces around on the walls as their creativity and needs change. All units have concrete floors, custom designed metal and Polygal slider closet doors. Polygal, commonly known as 'green house material', provides a semi opaque cover and when back lit creates a unique glow...these are a modern take on traditional Japanese slider doors and lanterns. Kitchen counter tops are a restaurant style stainless steel with a unique marine edge that keeps food prep and spills from running off the surface. The darker counter surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom are 'Paper Stone', a unique recycled paper product that is impervious to water. The building was newly constructed and finished in the Spring of 2020 by award winning developer and neighborhood resident Christian Chernock. BEST apartment complex in the area
March 29, 2022I’ve lived here for a few years and I have never had any problems. Not a single one! It is a new building with all the amenities you need for comfortable living. It is in a safe location in a vibrant neighborhood that is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the art district. If you are looking for a place to call home outside of central Dallas, look no further! You can even rent a fully furnished unit for a fraction of what the competitors charge. March 28, 2022When searching for a place to live in the most popular neighborhood in Dallas (Bishop Arts) I had the please of viewing The Bardo Lofts as they opened for tenants to move in. I immediately fell in love with the unique design of the units, the distance to the night life in Bishop Arts, and the friendly staff. I have had the pleasure of living at The Bardo Lofts for two years and in those two years I have been the envy of my friend group. Everyone who visited my unit was in awe of its design and ...amenities. Unique Units and Walkable Neighborhood
March 22, 2022I've lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it. The property is safe and well maintained and the owner and his staff are responsive and professional. The units themselves are so cool! It's clear that they were designed with a lot of care. They are super energy efficient and make great use of a compact space. Bardo is within walking distance to Bishop Arts as well as Lake Cliff Park and Kidd Springs Park. The parking spots are pretty tight, especially if you have a larger car or truck. ...Also, a number of units are short-term rentals on Airbnb and some of the guests can be loud or insensitive to other residents.
