Leasing Staff The leasing staff has been rude and argumentative since I arrived, by refusing to acknowledge the written statenents sent to residents and "the rules". When this was pointed out, I received no response or apologies.
Emails often are incomplete or sent after the time frame mentioned has passed. When these are questioned, no response is sent.
On the other hand, the maintenance head (Juan) is always pleasant and kept me informed about the replacement of my out of order washing ...
machine while the leasing department held up replacing it in a timely manner.

Staying here is an amazing neighborhood for your children and animals. Everyone i had run into is so welcoming and nice. The Front desk is also very professional and helpful anything i had needed to be fix was fixed fairly quick.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I lived here for 1 year, unit 105. Do not move in there. When it was time to move out I had a 10 month lease they messed up lease agreement and I had to stay there a couple more months since they never gave me a 90 notice to give them notice, I had to go to the office and figure it out for them. I was robbed and when I called the office they acted like it was nothing. Unit 105 also gets flooded! At one point it flooded 3 times in 1 week not to mention ...
all the mold this caused including my clothes and purses. And when I called he office again they acted like nothing. Maintenance came and did nothing but drag mud in the apartment. And now that I have moved out they are ghosting me, ignoring my emails, saying they don't have access to records any longer.
Update, I was finally able to talk to someone after being on hold for 25 min and being hung up on twice! Not only are they not giving me my deposit but they have the audacity to charge me an extra $500! I repeat do not move here!
