July 9, 2025I was shown a renovated unit by Aryanna and applied based on that. On move-in day, I received a completely different, unrenovated unit with no prior notice. I had to upgrade last-minute at a higher rent, causing stress and financial strain. I hope this can be made right.Property Manager Responded
