New Office Staff and Maintenance Team from 2018
February 12, 2019New Management team has done a great job with opening the pool since 2018, maintaining the grounds and apartments. The buildings are cleaned daily as well as the grounds. Barrington Parks host residential events for resident appreciation. Cable and internet are included in the rent price!Review from Apartments.com
Worst place to live!
February 8, 2019The nastiest dirtiest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.They have roaches and do not care! You are only allowed one guest car at a time. They tow for any little thing. My car has been broken into at the complex.They do nothing to clean and fix the apartment but always charge different fees to live there. Management is horrible very rude! June 26, 2018Where do I begin...they have no cameras which is stupid because it's not exactly the safest place to live.So if your tag comes up missing that's all you.The maintenance people are lazy and won't replace anything in your apartment.The staff are rude and can never keep one manager.The POWER goes out EVERY TIME it rains.They have a bad infestation of bugs(yes including fleas).The little fitness area they claim to have is horrendous(rust on all three equipment that they have and plus the seating is ...worn out).The swimming pool is mostly always empty and when they fill the pool it's as if they didn't clean it.The wifi that they claim to have is all horrible can't even go to a website without it kicking me out due to there horrible connection. horrible place to stay
February 28, 2018I moved out because they were double changing. I give a 60days notice like I was suppose to and also cleaning it and turned the keys. They said I don't return the key and didn't do a 60 day notice . They change manager so much to they don't keep up with paper work or anything. when I stay there it was like 3 or more people in that office so watch out people make sure someone sign all you of your paperwork you turn in before you leave that office and now they said I own them.Review from Apartments.com
