Terrible
December 5, 2024This place is awful. Apartment walls are paper thin, constant bugs, dogs barking incessantly, apartment was wrecked when I moved in. The fixtures are all stained, the shutters are held up with tape, the appliances are well used, there’s random holes in the walls that have been shabbily patched up. This place is a nightmare and the managers are even worse. 100% do not recommend.Property Manager Responded

5 stars !! Happy peaceful home
March 2, 2024Living at Barringway Place for just over a year has been pretty much a dream! Right smack in the heart of LA, this place has everything a girl could ask for. It’s 10 minutes from the beach and Santa Monica Pier!! The location is a total win - I'm minutes away from the cutest cafes, buzzing bars, and some really cool shopping spots. Plus, catching the metro or a bus is super easy, making my commute and weekend adventures a breeze. My apartment is my little sanctuary. It's got this modern, airy ...vibe that's just so me. The kitchen's sleek, and having my own washer and dryer? Life changing!! It's usually super quiet around here, so whether I'm working from home or chilling with Netflix, it's always peaceful. There is a gym and rooftop lounge area where you can host gatherings and have a nice view of the city! We've got this little community vibe going on, which makes the whole living experience even sweeter. The management holds events sometimes for holidays or for meeting your neighbors never seen a place care so much about its residents feeling at home! Shoutout to the building manager Monica - she's a legit star!! Anytime something needs her attention or I've got a question, they're on it.
