Safe and clean property

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE BUT PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE WORST!!!! :(
December 17, 2019The community is great place to live but this lady (Ms. Green) is never pleasant. I presently live here on the property and when my lease is complete I'M OUT OF HERE! They put other tenants private information on your door (by mistake so they say). The security staff is a joke. They sit in their car in the parking lot blocking the steps. Not sure how that is securing the place. One officer comes to the property take a quick walk around take pictures and jumps in his car and leave. Again ...not sure how that's securing the property. Maintenance staff is great, the guys are very accommodating. It sucks that there is not service on the weekend (ie, lock out service, laundry card reloading, security service, etc.) The washer & dryer in my building has not been working properly for years and the more you complain nothing is resolved so your wasting money on the laundry service and having to drag your clothes to a laundromat. April 4, 2018Ms . Green is rude and nasty every time i come in the office her and her maintenance staff are in her office talking and cursing she does not care if someone is listening . However Ms. McNeill is a blessing she took her time with helping me complete my application, kept me updated through out process . Don't move here!!!
July 26, 2016I live here now. And leaving soon. They always threaten to put out for stupid stuff. Saying someone left a paper on step. Someone get blamed and have to move. Have mice and roaches. And some people complain of bedbugs. Surpose to be new things break easy and you have to pay for it. Floors are unbalanced in my apt. My floors are lopsided and air come in widows in winter. I ask them to check. Never happen. If I pit plastic to block air they tell me to move.Review from Apartments.com
