        Location, location you have College Ave, Piedmont Ave, Telegraph Ave which are walking distance and are full of shop, restaurants and grocery stores. The freeway is close and you have two bart stations to choose from. The apartments are spacious modern and air with conditioning. I've lived here for 5 years and I give the building staff and Greystar management a 5 star plus rating.

        Baxter is a great community. The staff and residents are friendly. The apartments and building are clean and well maintained. The rental prices for the are are superb. There are a lot of great amenities here you wouldnt get at other places. I highly recommend renting here.

        This is a shame and just a repeat of what Briwn did as mayir. Apartments are for new stadium,sports, foreigners with money at poor people expense and developers profits. Need a people's mayor and not catering to the rich. Hold them all accountable with a written check list
