Office staff is stellar but maintenance is horrible. He does not do anything and is extremely rude. I am moving because he did not fix my leaks and now I have mold.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago. Angela and Mark have been so helpful and communicative. They've made sure I'm knowledgeable about the property and have been willing to answer all of my many questions. Even though it's cold, the pool looks nice as well as the dog park. It's a good location. Tons of squirrels everywhere, but that doesn't bother me. I'm having a pleasant time settling in so far.

When I started searching the Pensacola area for my new home I was more than overwhelmed with the whole process of finding a place until I reached out to Bay Oaks. I called several communities prior to Bay Oaks that immediately told me they had no availability and to have a good day...and that's it! No waitlist, additional info, or anything to make me even want to rent with their community, even though I explained I wasn't needing anything immediate. The staff at Bay Oaks assisted me by applying ...

I have lived here for 7 months and everyone is so nice and attentive. The neighborhood is amazing, all the neighbors are so sweet. The management might be the best I’ve seen in a LONG time, Angela is truly one of the sweetest and caring person I’ve met. She is not only a property manager but a friend as well.

I have lived here going on 4 years. It has gone from not so good to absolutely wonderful since new management. ANGELA AND MARK and our wonderful maintenance duo are fantastic. We get things accomplished in a timely manner and even a smile to boot. Makes living here like a home. Also they do things for our community; contests, dinners, breakfasts and donations to local charities. I am so thankful for them for they even were understanding thru out the pandemic. You will love it here!!! From the beautiful apartment units, the friendly neighbors and AMAZING staff.. you cannot go wrong with Bay Oaks Condos!! One of my favorite memories of this community is after Hurricane Sally hit. A lot us would sit outside and commune with our neighbors, check up on each other to see if anyone needed some food/snacks or water. We would even share fire from the BBQ pits in the courtyard so others could cook/heat up some food.
Can't forget when staff worked fast to check ...
each unit so they could repair any damages inside/outside the buildings.
We have been so proud to call this place our home.
If you're looking for a home with an amazing community, amenities and ROCKSTAR staff/management, then you've found it here at Bay Oaks!!
P.S. this community is very dog friendly, they even provide doggy bags to collect your dog's poop. I don't have a dog of my own but I sure do love to see all the cutest pups walking around!

We moved to Bay Oaks almost a month ago. After living in a terrible place, this community is a breath of fresh air. The units are beautiful, the grounds are nicely kept, and the people in the community are wonderful.
