October 25, 2021Issue with large roaches, broken window, not clean when I moved in, mold in cupboards, urine smell throughout apartment even though there was new carpet. Most of maintenance quit.Review from Apartments.com
Thief Issues
May 18, 2020Lived at Bay Vista for 4 months now and been vandalized twice! First time by possibly a homeless person who broke our car window and took some change. The other was more serious. This person must have had some help; took heavy generator and wood chipper in the back of truck under lock and key! Even with “security cameras and gate” makes no difference. Poor management
May 23, 2019I lived at this property from July 2018-Feb 2019. The unit was not cleaned before I moved in. There were constant issues with the gate to the parking garage where the gate was left open for weeks at a time. There was a large community of transients that lived close, so without the added security I felt vulnerable. The fire alarms went off several times when there wasn’t a fire at the property, and this happened mostly in the middle of the night. I was laid off at my job and went to try to ...work with the office on getting out of my lease. They left me no options and required $2000 to break the lease in addition to 60 days of rent. It was only when the company that I worked for’s HR called and worked with them that they would help me at all. Months later, I get a call from a collections company saying that I have an outstanding bill with the property. I never received a bill, paper or electronic. I called and it was insisted to me that there was a bill sent via email. But there was no email. Just a lovely collections call.Property Manager Responded

Not quite luxury but still great
July 24, 2015I have lived at Bay Vista a little short of a year and have to say I greatly enjoy it. When I need my air filter changed, a simple email to the front office and it's done! Trash chutes on the walk to the parking garage make life super easy! Very dog friendly and safe with a gated complex and courtesy officer on site. Awesome building wide fire system makes me feel super safe! Downfalls are lots of rules and the occasional false fire alarm (very loud) but nothing that would make me doubt my choice ...to live at Bay Vista!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
