Wonderful Experience So Far!
March 22, 2018Though I have not yet moved into an apartment at Bayberry, I wanted to comment on my already great experience with the staff, specifically Stephanie and Rhonda. I will be moving to Bayberry in August of this year from Chicago. I had toured numerous neighborhoods and burbs of Indy to get an idea of areas I would like to live in. I had the pleasure of connecting with Stephanie via phone and email numerous times and meeting with Rhonda in person for a tour of the apartment grounds and 1BR 1BR ...apartment. I was very impressed with the apartment itself, with all appearing to be in great condition, clean and in a great community. Stephanie and Rhonda were both extremely responsive with any questions I would have and I can tell they are very willing to work with you on given situations. I also truly appreciated the kind, hand written note sent to me, thank me for visiting with them. Its little acts like this that help me find confidence in where I would be moving. Office Staff!!!
September 12, 2017The office staff at Bayberry place apartments are truly remarkable. I felt so at home the moment I walk in. There is always going to be someone that has a issue with something, but me personally when I'm being treated with the up-most respect everyday and my work orders are completed the same day with out waiting a week and its done right. Well I can't just get that anywhere else believe me I tried, and I get that here at Bayberry Place. More cars than people!
September 8, 2015They like to show you around and make it seem like parking is just plentiful during the day. But if you get a spot, don't you ever leave your apartment after 5pm because you will not be able to park it there again! Seriously no parking whatsoever! Also, one genuinely loving resident has left a van with a For Sale sign parked in front of our building for months and hasn't moved it. Truly amazing!Review from Apartments.com
