    Baypoint is the worst place I have ever lived. The pictures online are a lie compared to how it actually is. We lived here for 2 years and had constant problems. Maintenance would never respond on time and when they did come they would never fix the problem. Our dog got her leg cut open by GLASS AT THE DOG PARK and needed 6 stiches. How they responded "you should be more careful." We also had a bottom unit with a "yard" our other dog stepped on a rusty nail in the grass and after looking through ...
    the yard i found over 100 rusty nails in our yard. We asked them for months to come help fix the yard and after 4 months of asking they did nothing and we moved out. The worst part was we told maintenance to not come on a specific day because I was having surgery. When we came home our deadbolt was locked and a random guy was in our apartment "fixing our sink." why would they lock the deadbolt and not allow us into out apartment I have so many problems with this place and I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here out of respect.

    Baypoint has horrible customer service and security is a nightmare. They take no responsibility for neglecting the failing security measures on the property. Two of the gates don't lock, one doesn't close at all. They claim these repairs must go out to bid, instead of picking a welder and fixing the problem expeditiously. The drive through gates break almost daily. There are only two surveillance cameras at the entrances and there are no cameras on the parking area. However, the main buildings ...
    have cameras in every corner. It shows the priority is to protect the buildings but not the residents' vehicles. My catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle, parked right next to the building. The management team claims that they are not liable but the drive through gates were broken open for a 48-hr period, covering the time when my truck was burglarized. There have been other vehicles stolen from the parking lot too. They nickel-and-dime the residents with fees. You have to pay monthly for the online system that you pay your rent through. You have to pay a monthly "Securities Fee" which is laughable, considering there is no security. You pay monthly for pest control and they come around once every several months. My neighbor took two months to have a wasp nest exterminated. You pay an activities fee, which amounts to twice-weekly yoga class, one little event per week (like two hours of cheap wine and cheese), and food trucks once a month (which you have to pay for the food). The advertised price is several hundred less than what you will actually pay per month. The advertised pictures are smoke and mirrors. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

    Baypoint is a beautiful apt complex. The apts are clean and well maintained..the pool and gym are awesome..but best part about the place is super friendly and professional staff…if I ever have issue or challenge…they always help me out..The front office staff…managment..are always greeting u with a smile..friendly demeanor..and strong knowledge base. They help make this place feel like home..the grounds keepers always moving and hustling to keep everything working and looking good…maintenance ...

    Bay point is a decent apartment complex with decent amenities. Beware of the price for a small apartment, as the equipment (stoves, sinks, etc) in the apartment seem outdated. You will most likely feel ripped off for the price of these apartments
