Moved into Baypointe in June 2020 in the midst of covid. The entire process has been extremely easy and efficient. The management team (Jay) was really helpful in answering our questions and ensured a smooth lease signing/move in process. The entire staff here is friendly, professional, responsive, and highly informed. The amenities are tastefully situated and balanced well between functionality and appearance. Just had our 1 year anniversary and signed on for another 20 months. Couldn’t be happier! Jason and the rest of the staff are like family and we’ve made some amazing friends. You can’t beat the location - we feel like we are on a Never-ending vacation. The icing on the cake is that it’s super dog friendly which isn’t easy to find. I could go on and on...?

Just had my 3 year anniversary. I love it here. We are right on the water, the amenities are terrific and the people are really nice. Its dog friendly and there is a great pier and park to walk along the Sound. I work in Stamford. This could not be more convenient. I am not moving anytime soon.
