My experience at bayside was horrible.
November 15, 2024The day I moved in I seen a roach crawling on the wall , they came to spray but after they did Came that one time.. eventually it started get bad, I have a 4 month old baby they crawl on my babies bassinet n they are all over things. There in my daughters car seat .. all I could do is look at my and cry because she shouldn’t have deal with bugs in her bassinet..I came and to the office ask for help all the time. I’m not happy here at all this has become really stressful for me and my little ...family. I would stay somewhere like this.Property Manager Responded

Outdoors is DISGUSTING. Apartment itself is okay.
May 23, 2023I've seen many reviews of pest/maintenance problems. I don't have those issues as much. The walls are thin, you can hear neighbors, windows leak air and siding/roofing is constantly coming off the buildings with the wind. My major Issue is the outside is TRASHED. What's the point of the ponds of their constantly filled with waste? Seeing the place left as destroyed as it is is really upsetting. I've never once seen any professional crew cleaning outside, only me and occasionally other neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Honest opinion
March 7, 2023Lots of things to do around. Close to most things. I applied and moved in quickly. Unit was not ready on move in-date, when stated that it was move in ready. The person who was helping with move in documents was on FaceTime with his girlfriend the entire time. They had to get call emergency maintenance to get it ready to be moved into that day. Moved in later that day. The apartment smelled very musty, toilet was broke off the hinges, blinds were tore down from top, alot of things were very dirty ...upon move in, trash everywhere outside, appliances/ cabinets out of date, geese poop everywhere outside, the GEESE chase my dogs everywhere making it hard to take them out to use the bathroom, laundry is only open 10a-5p making it hard for those who work. Roaches, Broken, Dirty
January 12, 2021The good things are Hilliard school district and the features. The bad things are they don’t care about taking care of the apartment complex only the ones upfront that look new. There’s very poor landscaping, cockroaches infestations, and things keep falling apart when you first move in. Maintenance take a long time to fix things and sometimes do it sloppy or don’t fix or replace at all. You pay a lot of money for poor quality care and living.Property Manager Responded
