March 16, 2026The property is generally well maintained and in a good location. However, prospective tenants should be aware that rent increases annually, and parking is an additional cost per vehicle. In my experience, management policies tend to favor ownership interests over tenant concerns. No pets are allowed. Overall, I would rate the property positively for its location and upkeep, but management practices significantly impacted my overall experience.Review from Apartments.com

Corner units are awesome
March 4, 2020Do yourself a favor and get a corner unit.You only have neighbors on 2 sides and get a nice cross breeze. Friendly neighbors and staff took care of any repairs and the onsite liquor store had a nice selection of everything.Review from Apartments.com

March 26, 2018The community is nice and work is constantly being done to improve the property. My kids love the pool and spa during summer break and there is a park right across the street. We enjoy our 2/2 apartment. The staff and maintenance are always nice and helpful. Also a pizza shop on the property helps on those nights I am to lazy to cook.Review from Apartments.com
