One would argue that bribing residents with a CHANCE to win a $50 dollar gift card for doing the admin’s job is rather peculiar and a tasteless way of enforcing work. Next, near the end of 2021 they fixed our kitchen light, but in the process, they broke a part of the glass fixture. Rather than cleaning up the dangerous shards of glass, the maintenance person left it on the floor, and I stepped on it and had my foot bleeding. I complained and showed pictured through a maintenance request (12/7/2023) about the issue and they never responded or even acknowledged it. Lastly, they will nickel and dime you to SHREDS when it comes to move-out charges so make sure you are extra extra careful and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Like a small part of the floor was damaged (my fault) and instead of charging for what was damaged, they argued that I have to pay to replace the WHOLE flooring due to the way the vinyl is installed, which was $2,225.
