        Be DTLA as a lot of great features that not many apartment complexes have such as their maintenance team. Their maintenance support is probably one of the best I’ve ever encountered living across California. The washers and dryers are a great addition to the floor plan whether it’s a studio one or two bedroom. Plus, the washer dryer is large, which means you can fit a lot of clothes. The AC is another feature that helps when it comes to the differences in weather change.The smart feature makes ...
        the AC integral when you are using the app to change the temperature. That Eco mode settings also save you the hassle of trying to turn on and off. The windows are a good size, and even a blackout curtain helps to completely darken the room. No roller blinds adds to the privacy of the apartment. Not many apartment complexes this future as part of their blinds and windows. The windows have a decent noise, cancellation as well as the walls.

        Honestly Be DTLA is an amazing complex from the very first moment I came to visit for a tour. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The buildings are crazy clean and smell great on each floor which with being in LA is hard to come by especially considering being super close to Downtown. Love that there is a Starbucks and grocery store super close for convenience. My only complaint is about my upstairs neighbors stomping and walking really hard all day in the two weeks since moving in.

The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate.         The facility is great for those looking to stay and explore Los Angeles with a reasonable lease. The studio outline is decent with some things wished to be desired such as pre-installed internet. The rate for some amenities are fantastic as you save $25 on internet, parking costs less than most apartments, and the water and power payments are done through Be DTLA.
