love my unit
June 2, 2025I been here 2 years and i never had any big issue , my unit been good to me.. The only thing that bothers me is that outside the building you see a lot of people hanging in front or across the street drinking and smoking weed.. Besides that the building it self is pretty good. management been very good to me... just some people don't no how to clean after there self when taken out the trash..Review from Apartments.com
Management does Not care
March 6, 2025You pay your rent and get the worst service. Nothing works consistently. Sometimes you come home and there is no hot water, elevator is broken and won’t be fixed until the next coming weeks…or the heat or AC unit doesn’t work and that takes at least a month to fix. As long as it doesn’t affect them, they do not care. NO security guard in the front lobby for almost a year because they are trying to cut back and save money. Not Happy
July 18, 2022Beautiful building BUT I have been living there since June. All apartments have at least one working air conditioners except mine. I've addressed the issue since I moved in and they are unable to figure out what the problem is. Now we are expecting a heatwave this week and I must leave the apartment I pay rent for and go stay someone else because it seems no one can figure out the problem. I'm very unhappy. They allowed residents to move in without having the basic amenities available. ...Not happy. Even to get an extra key to the apartment you pay for is an issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
