Beach City is a student housing complex only steps away from SBCC and the beach. WE RENT OUT BY THE BED AND THERE ARE 2 BEDS PER ROOM. With furnished apartments and water, electricity, trash, wifi, and cable paid for, we make the student life as easy as possible. On the property we have pool area, multi-sport court, game room, bocceball court, ping pong tables, events and we have a security team patrolling every night to provide a safe and fun community.

Broken down and bug infested. Kitchen is such bad condition

Our home is infested with bugs and flies and our kitchen is so run down that our cabinets don’t even shut all the way, the dishwasher is broken, the sink is broken, the blinds are broken, the lights are broke. It’s is impossible to even make food or live in our kitchen area downstairs because everything is so broken and run down and there is an insane amount of bugs despite us never leaving any food out. It is absolutely disgusting and they have done nothing to help.

The people you meet here comes from all over the world and you make friends and network that you will benefit from in the future. With everything included, it made the transition to move away from home very easy for me and my friends.

It may look like a fantastic place. But don't be fooled. The high amount of money you pay here will result in, they don't care if anything in your house doesn't work. You might get roommates that uses guns or drugs. People die here, I girl died of overdoes 2016. And the deposit you pay, they will do every excuse possible to not pay it back. don't move in at Beach city
