Beachwalk Apartments
September 25, 2025I've been living at Beachwalk Apartments for about a year now and have had a wonderful experience. Our property manager Christine and her staff are professional, always available and responsive to maintenance requests—issues are fixed promptly. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, grocery stores, and parks. December 5, 2022The property manager, Ana, was extremely easy to work with and very communicative in helping me land my first apartment! She answered all of my questions and provided me all the information I requested from her in a timely manner - if it was not for her, I most likely would not have moved in to this complex. That being said, the complex is extremely nice and lowkey. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views (second floor facing the bay). Rooms are extremely nice compared to other properties ...I have toured, especially at this value. Quiet place to live
September 28, 2022I currently live here and I can say it's definitely a quiet, peaceful apartment complex. Although insulation is not ideal, the noise from neighbors is minimum and has never been an issue for me; just your typical apartment living cons. Airplanes can also be heard, again, nothing that is bothersome unless you're extremely sensitive to noise. There are many trails/parks to enjoy and people can be seen exercising at all hours-even after dark. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and cleaning ...staff keep the shared areas very clean. Garbage is always picked up on time and trash area is always tidy. In addition to the one reserved carport parking spot, there is an additional parking area for tenants for a second vehicle as well as plenty of street parking. There is a church and middle school next door so there is always plenty of parking in the evenings for those that work late.
