About Beachwood Park Apartments and Townhomes

Come home to Beachwood Park, where thoughtfully designed apartments and townhomes feature spacious floor plans designed for our residents. You'll enjoy open-concept layouts, plenty of natural light, and an abundance of amenities. Our leasing process is simple and transparent. One-Time Fees include: $70 application fee, $175 administrative fee, and a $250-$500 security deposit. There is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $150.00 pet fee for the 2nd pet. I was a military wife and have lived in at least 10 rental properties. This is bar none the best I have lived in. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and concerned with the happiness of the residents. We are in a very spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. The structure is in terrific shape and bug-free!! There is plenty of parking, in a cul-de-sac atmosphere that is quiet and welcoming. The pool is well maintained, although a bit small. Pets are welcome without a monthly fee and you are walking distance from ...
