About Beachwood Park Apartments and Townhomes

Come home to Beachwood Park, where thoughtfully designed apartments and townhomes feature spacious floor plans designed for our residents. Neighborhood is ok, garbage area fills up quick not enough dumpsters for the the entire community when siding apartments have been seen throwing trash there as well. Walls are paper thin.

Come home to a quiet neighborhood. Good location close to Knightdale and downtown Raleigh. Relax in the pool on a hot day or lounge in the sun. Kid friendly. A place you can feel safe and know that they care about you.

I was a military wife and have lived in at least 10 rental properties. This is bar none the best I have lived in. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and concerned with the happiness of the residents. We are in a very spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. The structure is in terrific shape and bug-free!! There is plenty of parking, in a cul-de-sac atmosphere that is quiet and welcoming. The pool is well maintained, although a bit small. Pets are welcome without a monthly fee and you are walking distance from ...
a canoe launch and bike trail. I am duly impressed, and sure I am home for years to come!
