Clean, Quiet, and Safe
October 16, 2023I've been living here for almost 8 years now. It's a great community, conveniently located, and a good value for the size in this area. Maintenance generally responds quickly to any requests. The only downside is not having laundry but I manage for a single guy.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT HERE
April 6, 2023This place is infested with mold and mice. There is no maintenance to respond to any complaints they send over another tenant who doesn’t know what she’s doing. The mold that is seeping from the walls through the paint in some spots is making us sick and the landlord suggested to “just pour bleach on it.“ It took mice running through our living room and us threatening to vacate for them to send an exterminator. They are absolutely unpleasant and have zero care for their tenants wellbeing. 0/10.Review from Apartments.com
