False Advertisement
May 22, 2017I lived here for 2 yrs. First in the largest 1 br, then it was broken into so they moved me into the largest 2 br. Hope you like ROACHES!! Rude management - main leasing agent Shawanna was very rude & nosey!! Parking is very limited. My daughter was zoned to Milne Elem. School, which is a very poor school. The walls are paper thin (sucks if you live below children). It floods, but not too terribly. The only good thing about this place is the location...its close to all the major highways.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015This is a pretty decent building for the area of the city its in. The management team is nice, and have events that alot of the neighbors participate in. This property was my very first rental, and I've been living here for 3 years now, there is not alot of places like that. The floor plans are nicely size, no major crimes in building, I can honestly say I feel comfortable outside my apartment with no drama. I would recommend this property to any first timers out there. They are also upgrading ...the grounds as I speak so I'm anticipating what new amenities will be available. The only thing I can say is parking can be a hassle if you don't purchase a parking sticker other than that come on you really winning with prices, floor plans, security and conveniency.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
