Avoid.. Trash is all over the place!
November 11, 2025Avoid this place.. The residents leave their trash all over the property and not in the dumpster. Ride through here on a Sunday and you'll see what I mean. Also, the management doesn't enforce lease restrictions and allow Pit Bulls in here. Kids are always playing and i'm all the time worried one is going to go after them. Terrible apartment, terrible service
August 23, 2025terrible apartment, there’s trash everywhere outside, laundry rooms don’t work or barely do when in service. Water doesn’t work properly in all units, bugs everywhere and not just roaches all types of bugs. A/C issues and maintenance will act like it’s not an immediate issue unless you’re bombarding them. Walls are very thin you can hear in apartments up under you.Review from Apartments.com

June 2, 2022If I were to say something about this complex it would be that most everything I've told would be handled has not been, you can't use any of the amenities conveniently, you may have people yelling or shooting guns or dealing drugs outside your apartment and when you raise these concerns the office does nothing.
