used to be better

The apartments have been aging not that well. Amenities are subpar for the area and there was a management change and it has not been great. No communication with tenants whatsoever, rude people in the office who do not seem to know what they are doing. Unsure which way the property will go.

I moved into the apartment July 3, 2024. I absolutely am in love with the place. Very spacious very homey. It doesn’t feel any better than feeling like you’re at home. Community is nice and quiet. You can get around anywhere there’s tons of places to eat entertainment it’s a good place that I would want to raise my daughter!

Excellent move in process with supportive staff! I've only been a resident for a few days and love it here. My apartment is quiet, clean and spacious. Everyone has been so kind and helpful with the transition process. The pool is beautiful, the trails are scenic, and neighbors are so friendly.

Great place to live with a busy life

The whole process was great. Kira was really helpful. We moved in about a month ago and we love it here. It has a nice charm to it. The community is great and the neighborhood has all the conveniences within. Walking distance.

I love living at Beacon Place! I've been here four years and have loved every minute of it. The community is so walkable, beautiful, and my apartment has all I could wish for (tons of big windows, lovely balcony, washer/dryer, and more). To top it off, the office staff and maintenance team are remarkable (and have worked here a long time). If you want to be part of a great community, you'll love it here.

Best apartments you can live in!

Living at Beacon Place is going to be the best choice in your life. Wonderful management and staff, incredible maintained property. You are able to walk to many restaurants and stores. People are so kind and friendly, and the girls from the leasing office are THE BEST. Beacon Place have my heart. Highly recommend!!!
