November 12, 2024The apartments have been aging not that well. Amenities are subpar for the area and there was a management change and it has not been great. No communication with tenants whatsoever, rude people in the office who do not seem to know what they are doing. Unsure which way the property will go.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2024I moved into the apartment July 3, 2024. I absolutely am in love with the place. Very spacious very homey. It doesn’t feel any better than feeling like you’re at home. Worst apartment I have lived in
December 5, 2022Pros: Neighborhood / location. Cons: Decades-old buildings with management that will mislead you until you realize nothing will be done as far as repairs go. Management will waste no time with fixing minor repairs such as stove fan and bathtub leaks, for example. But when it comes to more complex situations that literally impact your quality of living inside one of their units, nothing will be done. All I got was a couple of apologies and an invitation to move out. (Management, no need to reply ...to this review with apologies and asking me to get in contact.
