August 6, 2024Honestly between the office staff and maintenance team I have never been happier. They are amazing at handling any issues in a timely manner. They are always happy to help and answer questions. The maintenance guys genuinely care. They have treated my apt as if they lived here. The staff, and specifically Taylor, are always ready with a smile and are exceptionally helpful, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. I have not had a single issue with them or any ...resident! The apartments are equipped with modern, fully functional appliances and the added security of Ring cameras at each entry, enhancing both convenience and safety. The community atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, fostered by friendly neighbors who make this place feel truly like home. Apartment has been good
March 5, 2024I been here over a year now. Everyone in the office is great people. They do what they can to make the residents happy. Every time I walked in the office everyone welcomes you and very nice. The grounds is well kept up. I feel bad for the maintenance that has to pick up other people's animal poop when they get here in the mornings bc some pet owners are lazy but maintenance does great keeping it cleaned up. My first few things I look for when I research for an apartment is how good is the ...maintenance and if it's bug free. The maintenance is great and fast when things need to be fixed. Maintenance man Mike is awesome. He always comes with the most friendly attitude. When he comes to fix something I NEVER get a feeling he hates his job nor make me feel like I'm bothering him. He came to fix something that I put a work order in and my refrigerator light was out yesterday and I didn't put a work order in yet. So I mentioned it to him when he came to fix something else and he had no problem going to get me a light bulb for the refrigerator even though I didn't put the work order in for it yet. Now the bugs. I mentioned before I been here over a year and NEVER had bug issues and that's a big PLUS. The dumpsters is never overflowing onto the ground. They only complaint I have is there is only one covered parking space assigned to one apartment. Any additional vehicle has to fight to find an uncovered parking and don't leave out back out of you are lucky to get uncovered parking bc it will not be available when you come back. This is an issue when me and my husband has 2 vehicles. I let him take the covered assign parking bc he doesn't get off work til later on in the evening and there is no uncovered parking left for him to park inside the apartment ground. I have to park in an uncovered parking bc there is one available when I get off work in the morning. Now if I want to leave out and go somewhere in the evening when people are coming home, I have to worry if I'm going to find an uncovered parking available. If not then I have to park outside the apartment on the side of the road which I saw cars with citations on their vehicle when parked on the side of the road. I would be nervous having my vehicle outside the apartment. 3 star bc of the parking issue.Property Manager Responded

Awesome community, Awesome staff
October 6, 2023I moved here from California a couple weeks ago, I've seen some reviews of other apartments having bad office staff, not here. The ladies in the office were very helpful from the apartment showing, all the way up to and after move-in. When there were a few minor repairs I needed upon move-in, they were handled within a couple days. The maintenance guys are also great, real solid dudes. Love this place so far, and at a fraction of California prices, there are literally 0 complaints.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance is amazing
September 25, 2023Maintenance team is always doing morning clean up of the pool, outdoor gym area. Also when my A/C broke they were in my apartment within an hour replacing the broken part and had it up within 2 hours of the maintenance request being submitted!Property Manager Responded
